REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items on sale are deemed final, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If a sale item is faulty, you will be refunded.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item you have received, please email us with your order number and reason for return and stating if you would like an exchange (only available if the item you would like is in stock) or return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You must return your items to the address above within the 10 day period from the day your order was placed.
- Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
- Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded.
- Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
- We recommend using track and trace.
Refunds & Processing Time :
Once we have received your package within the 10 day timeline specified above, your refund/exchange will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Outershell. Please allow up to 3 working day before contacting us.
